TODAY, January 26th, is Last Trading Day for JANUARY Feeder Cattle FUTURES and OPTIONS.
TODAY is Last Trading Day for these FEBRUARY OPTIONS: NY Copper, NY Gold, NY Silver;
NY LIFFE Gold, NY LIFFE Silver; NY Heating Oil, NY Natural Gas, RBOB Gas.
January Feeder futures and options will cease trading at noon (CST).
February NY LIFFE Silver options will cease trading at 12:25 p.m. (CST).
February NY LIFFE Gold options will cease trading at 12:30 p.m. (CST).
The remaining options listed here will cease trading at the close of today’s sessions.
Please allow time to contact your customers and to place liquidating orders; and remember to cancel open GTC orders when your positions are covered.
Please remember that In-the-Money options are exercised automatically; At-the-Money options are abandoned.
Exercise / Abandon:
Note that the deadline for exercising or abandoning Chicago options is 4:00 (CST). The deadline for exercising or abandoning NY options is 4:00 (EST).
Special Offsets:
Regarding OMNIBUS accounts and SPECIAL INSTRUCTION accounts, note that the deadline for offsetting Chicago delivery-month futures and expiring options is 4:00 (CST). The deadline for offsetting NY delivery-month futures and expiring options is 4:00 (EST). These offsets must include top-day trades.
