Our trading platforms are designed using the latest in technology and trading trends. We are constantly fine-tuning and adding features to improve the functionality and efficiency of the program. Feedback from our users and customers is a large part of our development process. We welcome your feedback.

Our Technical Support and Trade Desk staff are available to assist customers in the installation and use of our platforms. We invest heavily in providing technical and trade desk support as part of our commitment to provide the best customer service in the industry.

Our trade desk is managed 24 hours a day from Sunday at 5:00 pm (C.S.T) through Friday at 4:00 pm (C.S.T) and is equipped with all the tools necessary to assist traders in any situation they may find themselves in.

  • No charge to call in an order if you are away from your computer
  • No charge to verify your positions
  • Experienced Trade Desk staff is trained in all of the order-routing and customer service systems available.

Our Technical Support staff is available to help customers in technical issues related to our software and account management systems. Our Technical Support hours are 6:30 am through 3:00 pm Central Time.
